Relax and rejuvenate with our restorative yoga sessions.  Gentle and slow paced with inner focus, these sessions helps to relieve stress and muscle tension in the body. Holding each posture for 4 minutes or more, we learn the art of calming our minds, tuning out the outside world and being present in the moment.


Restorative yoga is essential in a  fast paced world where we are constantly on the run. These postures help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, calming us in the process, deeply relaxing the muscles through passive stretching. It is highly meditative as we slow down and focus on our breath.
