We have an opening for a Sales Administrator in a European Company. You will be tasked with  managing the sales order processing from generation quotations till follow-up outstanding payments. You will work with the sales, finance and service department through the whole sales cycle. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking either a French Speaker or a Portuguese speaker for the roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate customer quotations and prepare tender documents based on quotations from suppliers
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Manage order confirmation, bank guaranties, Letter of Credits, Incoterms, Export Control Issues
  • Assist and attend to customer demands and requirements on phone and in writing
  • Handling of orders internally and externally (ERP system, suppliers, transporter, etc.)
  • Invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments
  • Monitor customer’s credit limits
  • Collect bank guaranties
  • Reporting of order / project status according to defined reporting structure.

Required:

  • Experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing preferably for the Middle East and/or Africa region.
  • Must be proficient / well experienced with SAP or other ERP softwares
  • General Office and administration skills
  • Advanced business related degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
