Please see our  yoga class schedules.  You can choose monthly, weekly or agenda views  by clicking the tab located on the top right  corner of the calendar. The classes are  categorised and tagged for easy search. 

We provide small group sessions in different styles of yoga from Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Power yoga. The weekday sessions are highly personalized and we work with smaller groups of 5 - 10 people/session. All our group yoga classes are held in Al Barsha, Dubai. Corporate yoga sessions are held at the office premises.   Private or couple sessions are  available.

Every class is alignment based, using props like blocks and straps to ensure safety. Please enquire about our 3 month Level 1 package for complete beginners.
