Gentle Hatha yoga  is a slow, strong and grounding practice.  Ideal way to stretch, strengthen and relax the body, deepening the practice and connection with the breath. The aim is to correct the postural imbalances through asana practice.

The approach to the lesson will be in depth and props will be used. Each class will end with pranayama, meditation and a long shavasana.
