Gentle Hatha is a slow and grounding practice with focus on improving flexibility through passive stretching, gravity and breath awareness. Ideal way to relax the body, deepening the practice and connection with the breath.
The session will begin with some gentle breath focused movements to warm up the body. The sessions will end with pranayama and brief meditation.
The slow movements, breath awareness and music or mantras create an overall wellbeing, a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
