Powerful and invigorating outdoor yoga session to help students deepen their practice. The focus of the sessions can vary in every class.
Sunday classes are open to students who have been practicing asanas for more than a year.
These are one and half hour classes; pranayama will be given importance along with meditation. As always, individuals are asked to work within their capabilities. Variations are provided for postures to make it available to all
