We currently have a requirement for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for a well-established business in the oil and gas sector.  This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment


  • Diary and calendar management for the CEO
  • Ensure all visa, travel arrangements, tickets, hotel and flight bookings are done efficiently for the CEO, partners clients.
  • Handle, organize accommodation, travel plans for CEO’s guests
  • Effectively coordinating with external suppliers/agencies in regards to accommodation, and other relevant requirements for travel, to ensure ease and comfort for the CEO.
  • Accompany the CEO to events, meetings and conferences as required and be the official representative of the CEO in his absence.
  • Taking minutes of the meetings and help with presentations as required.
  • Take charge of administrative duties, prioritise and manage tasks related to the CEO’s responsibilities, and most importantly, follow up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Screening calls, handling enquiries and assist in drafting and editing emails, marketing materials and other official documents.
  • In charge of organising events and coordinating all external business affairs of the company
  • Assist in banking activities.
  • Support in implementing any required modifications in administrative procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters.


  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal assistant to senior management, ideally in UAE.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive, diligent and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation skills, time management skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and work harmoniously with all the staff
  • Interact with senior management, clients. partners and C level executives with confidence and ease.
  • Traveling will be required as part of the role
  • Available on weekends if necessary, and might need to take calls and follow-ups post office hours.
