Our blankets are hand loomed from 100% natural cotton, without any electricity, in traditional looms by artisans in rural India. Soft and environmentally friendly, these blankets are ideal for warmth and comfort during Shavasana, meditative practices and yoga nidra.
Blankets can also be used as props. In postures that put weight on the knee, the blankets can be kept under the knees for protection. The larger blankets form a perfect cushion when rolled for meditative or seated postures. They also are a great addition to your cosy corner in your living room.
Washing & Care:
- Hand wash or machine wash in cold cycle
- Air dry
- Use mild detergent to preserve the colors
- Do not bleach
- Warm iron if necessary
- To preserve the colors, it is advisable to soak the mat in cold water with a handful of salt for a few hours before first wash.

Finally a blanket that I am not allergic to. Initially, I was skeptical about getting a yoga blanket because of micro fibers that flies in the air and the stale smell causing allergic reactions. But this blanket is amazing. Firm yet soft. Firmness of the blanket helps me in shoulder stand and also during shavasana. Fabric so soft which I use for insulation during shavasana during winter. Quality products, amazing people, vibrant colors, naturally and ethically sourced, and a product that gives back to indigenous people who make them. I highly recommend this brand for all yoga needs.
