Our all purpose rectangular yoga bolsters are filled with natural Kapok with an outer and inner lining of 100% cotton . Completely eco-friendly and hand made in India.

Description

Our rectangular bolsters comes with  100% Cotton outer  lining. They are filled with  light weight and all  natural Kapok. The inner lining is also  made of 100% cotton. The bolsters come with a handle on one side.

Washing & Care:

  • The outer cover can be hand washed and air dried
  •   In washing machine, use gentle cold cycles and wash with similar colors.
  • Slight shrinkage can be expected as the material is natural cotton.

Why do we love Kapok?

We have chosen to fill our bolsters with Kapok. Taken from the seed pod of Kapok tree (also known as silk cotton tree), these fibers are 100% natural,  hypoallergenic and highly durable. Kapok is completely biodegradable and has antibacterial and anti microbial properties making it an excellent filling. 

But why did we use Kapok instead of Cotton? 

The main reason is the lightness of these fibers. Kapok tends to be 8 times lighter than cotton making it easier to handle and transport if you like to take it along with you to the classes.
