We are an established Lifestyle Consultancy with corporate and group yoga offerings. In addition, we provide natural and ecofriendly yoga accessories through our online store.

Yoga e-boutique

Through our online yoga boutique, we bring environmentally friendly yoga mats and accessories to the UAE and GCC markets. All products are natural and  hand made in India.

We provide Corporate Yoga as part of your organisation’s wellness program or team building exercise. These sessions can be tailored to your requirements and availability of space. We have ongoing group and private  sessions for individuals  in Power,  Hatha, Vinyasa  and restorative yoga. Meditation and breathing techniques are part of every session to enhance physical and mental well-being.

    Open to families and individuals alike, these free yoga sessions are an ideal way to begin your weekend.

    Alignment based Yoga session has its foundation in  Hatha Yoga, with added inspiration from the Iyengar and Ashtanga tradition of practice.

    We adopt props and alignment principles introduced by Guruji B.K.S Iyengar. Elements of Ashtanga yoga, especially, variations of Surya Namaskar A and B, Ujjayi breath and Dristhi as taught by Guruji Pattabhi Jois is combined into the practice. Taking inspiration from both these lineages, we work towards building strength, stamina, endurance, and flexibility in a balanced way.

    This class is suitable for:

    • Practitioner  wishing to incorporate Yoga  to fight  lifestyle diseases
    • Students who have practiced before,  but are looking for corrections and a scientific way to practice asanas
    •  A self taught Yogi looking for  guidance and improving their asana practice

    We focus on alignment to ensure safety in practice. It is important to note that every human body is built different, hence there is no “one alignment fits all” . We understand and respect this in all our classes and in our free yoga sessions. Competition is highly discouraged, and emphasis is given on improving self awareness and respect our limits in every asana.

    Gentle Hatha is a slow and grounding practice with focus on improving flexibility through passive stretching, gravity and breath awareness. You can expect  restorative, yin, gentle Hatha flow or a combination of these practices in our Sunday morning sessions.

    We  keep the mind focused on the breath and allow the body to release naturally. Ultimately, the aim is to relax and rejuvenate  mind and body, soothe the nervous system, improve blood flow, digestion and sleep patterns.

    The session will begin with breath focused movements which are done slowly and mindfully to warm up the body. Asanas are held for 3-5 minutes which in itself becomes meditative.

    The slow movements, breath awareness,  music and/or mantras create an overall relaxation , a deep sense of calm and wellbeing.

    The class will be accessible to all. We use props for the practice.

    This program is for Ladies only and caters to  beginners  and individuals looking to deepen their yoga practice. We will follow a structured program focusing on building strength, flexibility and stamina in an organized way. We incorporate breath awareness and alignment and use props to build mind muscle memory through safe asana practice.

    We will focus on the difference between muscle engagement and muscle tension and learn to activate the right muscle group for each asana in order to have a balanced yoga practice. Breath awareness will be key throughout the program and we will introduce pranayama techniques to help ease stress and anxiety.

      • A beginner looking to ease into yoga practice: It is very important for beginners to gain understanding of the basics of asana practice to ensure safety.
      • Someone with pre-existing injuries: This could be lower back pain, knee injury, Shoulder impingement, flat feet related problems etc. These injuries can aggravate in a larger group lesson, but as our classes are in small groups, you get personal attention and corrections from the instructor.  It  will enable you to  begin or find your way back to yoga practice.
      • Students dealing with postural or muscle imbalances: Excessive sitting, working on computers, mobile phone use etc. have created a new set of postural issues. Yoga can  help correct these problems when practiced consistently and with focus.

      This energising and exhilarating power yoga practice will see us move with the breath  from simple to deeper and more complex asanas. Powerful, rigorous and invigorating at the same time, these classes are suited for ‘Level 1 advanced’, intermediate to advanced students. The focus of the  sessions can vary in every class – from core strengthening, full leg focus, hip opening to full body strengthening – you will be challenged through the practice. We will tackle simple arm balances and variations in the practice as well.

      The word Power Yoga was originally coined by American yoga enthusiasts – Beryl Bender Birch and Bryan Kest in the late eighties. Both were students of the Ashtanga tradition of yoga.

      In our power yoga sessions, we maintain the focus on breath and movement and hold postures to build strength. As always,  individuals are asked to work within their capabilities. Variations are provided for postures to make it available to all.

       Pranayama and meditation techniques cleanse the energy channels, calming the mind. It  reduces anxiety and stress, regulating blood pressure.

      Prior to beginning of the pranayama and meditation, a few yoga asanas are done to prepare and warm the body.

      Pranayama is ideal to change your energy positively, taking away negative emotions like anger, depression and jealousy. It helps cope with the rigours of daily life by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, thereby relaxing us; taking us away from the “fight or flight mode”. The benefits of meditation is enormous;  science is now backing the positive changes that meditation can bring to the human brain.

      In Vinyasa, the movement between poses is with the breath with a short flow or sequence added at regular intervals between the asanas.  The breath coordinated movement helps the students get into a meditative state. The vinyasa classes can be gentle or highly energetic with strong emphasis on alignment. The sequencing will be creative, at the same time ensuring the balance between strength and flexibility.

      We embrace an anatomical and scientific approach, helping the practitioner go deeper into each posture. The use of props, hands on adjustments and the alignment cues, help the practioner build proprioception or inner awareness.
