Description

Easily and securely  buy Yoga class packages online. The packages are valid against any Group sessions or  private classes. Packages can be availed against any of these sessions. Payment accepted via bank transfer and credit cards.

 All our group classes are currently taught at the Home Studio in Al Barsha by the Lead instructor. You can check details of our ongoing classes here.

The asana classes are highly alignment based, with use of props to prevent injury and improve stretch. Breath awareness is given priority. The Group sessions have less than 10 students making each session highly personalized.
