Our eye pillows have an external covering of crepe silk which is soft and smooth on the eyes. The inner covering is 100% cotton 

 The silk eye pillows are filled with natural lavender and flax seeds. Lavender is known for its calming and soothing properties and the  scent of  Lavendar induces relaxation when placed over the eyes. The flax seeds are added to make the pillows weigh down gently on the eyes, blocking out the light and relieving tension.  

You can enjoy a spa like experience in the comfort of your own home after  a long day at work. Eye pillows are a must have during shavasana, restorative postures and yoga nidra.

Gently rub the pillow between the palms to release the scent of the lavender.
