- In case of any manufacturing defect in the product or if you are unsatisfied with our product, we will be happy to replace the product at your request. Please make a request for replacement via email to us: email@example.com stating the invoice number and mode of payment within 7 days of purchase.
- For any exchanges, the product must be returned intact along with the tags and packaging within 7 days of purchase.
- The product can be exchanged for a product of similar or higher value. The difference in the value will be charged into customer account.
- No refund will be made of the difference if you choose an exchange product of lesser value.
- For all purchases within UAE customer will bear the courier charges for product return or exchange. Please ensure that you inform us of the courier details while returning the product.
- For wholesale purchases, delivery and handling charges will be added as per the order.
- We do not provide refunds, only exchange is possible.
- You can cancel your order any time before the product has been shipped.
- The cancelled amount will be refunded into your account within 7 – 30 working days.
- The service provider charges will not be refunded.
