Join our Group meditation this full moon – Friday, 10th of January 2020, in Al Barsha 3. This will be a free indoor session. RSVP required.

Pranayama is ideal to change your energy positively, taking away negative emotions like anger, depression and jealousy. It helps cope with the rigours of daily life.
Prior to beginning of pranayama and meditation, a few yoga asanas are done to prepare and warm the body.
There will be longer periods of sitting, so please bring a chair or cushion if you need. Please bring your own mats.
