Build your strength, flexibility and inner awareness through yoga this Ramadan. These sessions will be held indoors in a beautiful studio in Al Qouz. We will work closely on body alignment and breath awareness to help  the practitioner  progress smoothly and at her/his pace.  

What can you expect in these classes?

As part of the Get Fit with Yoga, we are providing Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation sessions spread through the week. You can choose timings from 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm on week days.

Evening Gentle Hatha - Mondays & Wednesdays

A strong, slow and grounding practice. Ideal way to stretch, strengthen and relax the body at the end of a stressful day.

Evening Vinyasa - Sundays & Tuesdays

Sequenced to help build balanced strength and flexibility. Ideal for beginners and intermediate students, it will help you refresh and rejuvenate.

Evening Pranayam & Meditation - Thursdays

Ideal to change your energy positively. In these classes, we offer different types of guided and visualisation meditation to help you relax and unwind.
